- Appointments & Cancellations
Payments are made when booking an appointment. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require 48 hours’ notice. We will send you a reminder email 72 hours prior to your appointment which will then give you a day to contact us if you need to reschedule. Failure to give this notice will result in you forfeiting the money you have paid and a new appointment will be required. Cancellations made with 48 hours notice will be fully refunded.

Please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Please ensure any consultations forms sent to you are completed prior to your appointment arrival. If these forms are not completed prior to your arrival this will reduce your treatment time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or the forfeiting of your appointment. In this case no refund will be offered and a new appointment will be required. FemRevive will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs on time; however, from time to time this may not happen due to constraints beyond our control and we, therefore, reserve the right to cancel or postpone your appointment at a short notice. In this situation we will rebook an appointment at a time convenient to both parties.
Before your appointment, we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.
Please note, if you have prebooked appointments in which you have paid for but fall pregnant a full refund will be given if 48 hours’ notice is given before appointment.
- Credit Card Details and Payments .
You will need to pay the full amount when making your appointment. You will pay the full price of the treatment by card. We do not accept cash. This payment is non-refundable unless you are deemed medically unsuitable and can provide evidence from a GP.
Purchased courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you do not turn up for your appointment, you will lose this money. Similarly, if you come in for a consultation and do not go ahead with the treatment, you will not get the money back.
- Course of Treatments
All treatments which are purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment.
All treatments must be taken or booked within 12 months of the date of purchase. Any treatments that are remaining after this time will be forfeited. If you don’t follow a recommended treatment course and aftercare, the results you see may not be to their full potential. The team at FemRevive cannot be held responsible for this, as you made a choice not to follow the guidelines we gave you. It is essential to bear in mind that results will vary from individual to individual and cannot be guaranteed. This is subject to your diet and lifestyle and any medical conditions that you may have.
- Treatment Suitability
We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful before any treatment is carried out. If we deem the treatment unsuitable for you, we will inform you as to the reasons why. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation, where applicable.
- Refusal of Treatment
We have the right to refuse you treatment without reservation. If you do not advise us of any medical conditions that may hinder you from having the treatment we reserve the right to refuse treatment to you and charge you fully for the cancellation.
- Liability
FemRevive will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services that we offer to the client.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provides FemRevive with all relevant medical history and pre-existing medical conditions before each treatment. FemRevive will not be liable for any damage, including personal injury, sustained as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
By having a treatment, the client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by or on behalf of FemRevive regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit FemRevive’s liability for death or any personal injury resulting from FemRevive’s negligence or any of its agents.
- Customer related issues
If you have had any issues with our service, you should email us using our contact form. Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for emails to be actioned.
- Form Submissions
After making an enquiry using a form on the site, your details will be stored in our secure database. You may receive occasional news and offers from FemRevive, which you can opt out of at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. FemRevive will never give your details to third parties.
The Law
The above terms and condition are subject to have jurisdiction in courts of the United Kingdom.
Internal Data Policy
As per our terms and conditions, we use the information you provide at the time of your booking to assist you to complete your booking. In the unlikely event that you are unable to complete your booking online we may call or text you to assist with this. We will also contact you on the number provided if your booking fails.
